What Is Adrenalin Adventure Club?

Adrenalin Adventure Club is an annual membership that gives you access to join selected Adventure Club events throughout the year with the Adrenalin crew.

These trips are designed for people who want unique, challenging and experience-focused adventures that may not suit our regular Hema Maps tag-along tour format.

What Do You Get?

How Is This Different To Our Hema Tours?

Adventure Club trips are typically less formal than our Hema Maps tag-along tours. They are often more flexible, more exclusive and may involve the sort of experience we cannot offer on a public commercial tour.

You are joining us as part of the trip crew, side by side with the Adrenalin team. These trips are designed for people who enjoy small-group adventure, unique experiences and a more behind-the-scenes style of travel.

This is about raw adventure, small groups and memorable experiences with the Adrenalin crew.

Member Access To Existing Hema Tours

One of the major benefits of Adrenalin Adventure Club is the opportunity for members to jump onto selected existing Hema tours throughout the year at no additional tour cost.

Rather than running completely separate club-only events all the time, Adventure Club membership may give you access to member-only spots that open up on selected Adrenalin Hema tours.

This means members may have the opportunity to experience some of Adrenalin’s major adventures as part of their annual membership inclusions.

Small Numbers. Real Adventure.

Adrenalin Adventure Club activities have extremely low participant invitations. Some events may have only one available seat, one vehicle spot or a small handful of places for 4WDs, buggies or boats.

Due to the nature of these trips, we are not chasing big group numbers. The value is in keeping the trips small, flexible and adventure-focused.

Be Part Of Future Adventures

Adventure Club trips may involve exploring new areas that could eventually become future Hema Maps tag-along tours.

That means members may get the chance to be part of the development process, helping us test routes, explore new areas and shape what future Adrenalin adventures could look like.

The event schedule is interactive. While Adrenalin runs the club and remains in control of the schedule and each individual trip, monthly club briefings give members the chance to suggest events they would like to see added to the calendar.

Who Is This Club For?

Adrenalin Adventure Club is best suited to people who:

• Have 4WD experience and are comfortable in more remote or challenging environments.
• Want smaller, more raw adventure-style trips.
• Are happy with flexible, expedition-style travel where conditions may change.
• Understand these are not polished commercial tag-along tours.
• Want to be part of the Adrenalin community and help shape future adventures.

How Does It Work?

Once you join, you will receive your welcome pack and be added to a private Facebook group where we will make announcements and share the link to our monthly virtual club briefing.

Club briefings will be held on the 1st of each month, or as close to it as possible. During these briefings, the Adrenalin crew will talk through upcoming club events, answer questions and give members the chance to suggest future trips.

The club schedule will be available on the Adrenalin Off-Road website.

You will be notified one month before your membership expires and given the option to renew. If your membership expires, you will be removed from the private Facebook group and lose access to book Adventure Club events.

Additional Trip Costs

Because the scope of Adventure Club trips is so wide, some events may have additional costs attached to them.

These could include things such as Aboriginal land access permits, park fees, specialist activities, helicopter flights or other trip-specific expenses.

Any required costs will be clearly listed on the trip description before you choose to book your spot.

Want More?

If you have used your membership invitations and want to join another event before your membership year resets, you can reset your club membership during the year at 70% of the regular annual rate.

This can only be done to join an event that you don't have invitations left to use and resets the total number of events you can join.

Where Is The Value?

If you are the sort of person who might normally join one of our long range Hema Maps tours each year, Adrenalin Adventure Club may suit you.

For example, a Hema Maps Simpson Desert tour is around $2,399 for the driver. The introductory Adventure Club membership is $1,200 for the year.

On top of that, you have the opportunity to join us on unique trips that we do not offer as public tours, or come along on reccie trips that may help develop future Adrenalin adventures.

Club Rules

Adventure Club events have extremely limited spaces. If you book to attend an event and do not show up, you will receive a strike against your membership.

Two strikes may result in your membership being terminated.

This rule exists because a no-show can prevent another club member from taking that limited spot. Please book events with care and consideration of your availability and commitments.

• Event invitations are subject to availability, seasonal conditions, trip suitability and scheduling.
• Some trips may require suitable vehicle setup, experience level or additional equipment.
• Not every Adventure Club trip will be suitable for every member or vehicle.
• Adrenalin reserves the right to determine whether a participant, vehicle or setup is suitable for a particular event.
• Additional trip costs, if required, will be clearly outlined before booking.
