Victorian High Country - 6 Days - Easter Getaway

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL ON THIS TRIP - Only booked customers will be permitted to join us on the trip. This trip will be strictly limited to 10 vehicles.
We are leading a 6 day trip through the Victorian High Country. We will be meeting at the shop, travelling to the area together and plan to show you some iconic Australian High Country trails and locations. Itinerary is as follows:
Day 1 - Meet at the shop, sign on and drivers briefing, travel in convoy to the start of the trails.
Day 2 - Travel high country tracks and trails
Day 3 - Travel high country tracks and trails
Day 4 - Travel high country tracks and trails
Day 5 - Travel high country tracks and trails
Day 6 - Travel out of the area back to the road and head home to Sydney
Some of the well known tracks and locations we will be visiting are as follows:
- Dargo Hotel
- Billy Goats Bluff
- Blue Rag Range
- Howitt Hut
- Wonnangatta Station
- Zeka Spur
- The Pinnacles
- Dingo Hill
Plus many more huts and trails*
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on days 2 through 5
Breakfast will be provided on day 6
BONUS 1 - Any vehicle booked is entitled to 10% off any work carried out to the registered vehicle for the trip, as well as in store purchases between the date of booking and the commencement of the trip.
BONUS 2 - FREE pre and post trip inspections in our workshop for each vehicle registered for the trip. Inspections must be booked with the shop.
What to bring:
- Basic Recovery Gear (Snatch strap, shackles etc)
- UHF Radio - 80 Channel (Car mounted or portable)
- Camping gear (Tent, Swag etc)
- Camp Chairs
- Changes of clothes for the time we're away
- Enough water and drinks for you and your passengers for the duration of the trip - Hats and sunscreen
Fuel - If you do not have a long range or auxiliary fuel tank we suggest you bring 2 jerry cans for fuel. There will be times where we will be travelling for distances and potentially not have access to refuel.
Vehicle/driver suitability - Raised suspension, recovery points and a raised air intake/snorkel are required for this trip. There are no bypasses for the tracks we are doing, but a 35mm lift or greater is all that is required. There will be water crossings as part of the trip. This an easy to moderate trip in terms of difficulty, participating drivers should have previous 4WD experience before joining this trip. All drivers must be licensed and vehicles must be registered and in roadworthy condition.
Strictly no trailers on this trip. Some of the trails we will be travelling are unsuitable for trailers.
$1,199 per vehicle/driver -
$400 per person for additional passengers.
Your registration fee also covers any camping fees that are required for locations we stay at.
*Tracks and access to some attractions may become limited due to weather, track closures or other conditions which may make access to a particular area unsafe or unsuitable. In these instances we have backup routes to use with alternate attractions.
