🌿 What to Expect

Day one sees us leave the highway behind and make our way along scenic dirt backroads toward the Blue Mountains, taking in beautiful countryside and relaxed off-road touring along the way.

Our overnight stop is in a remote historic town, where you’ll have time to settle in, explore the area, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of a place rich in history and character.

We’ll also take a short walk along the river to a beautiful waterhole, perfect for a swim or just soaking up the surroundings.

That evening, we’ll gather around the campfire for a freshly cooked dinner under the stars before settling in for the night.

On day two, we’ll hit the tracks again for more easy exploring before making our way out, finishing off a relaxed and rewarding short adventure built for bigger rigs.

🚙 Vehicle Requirements

This tour is designed for expedition trucks and larger self-sufficient touring vehicles that are capable of travelling comfortably on dirt roads and through light off-road terrain.

Suitable vehicles may include Unimog, Iveco Daily 4×4, Fuso Canter 4×4, MAN, Isuzu-based touring trucks, and similar expedition-style builds.

  • Comprehensive vehicle insurance is required
  • Vehicle must be in good mechanical condition

  • Basic recovery gear suitable for your vehicle
  • UHF radio (80 channel – handheld or fixed)
  • Food and drinks for the duration of the trip (Saturday dinner provided)
