1.1. All products are intended for off-road use only. It is your responsibility, as the purchaser, to ensure that products installed comply with local laws for use on public roads.
1.2. A deposit of 20% will be required before a product is ordered and booking is created. Failure to make this payment will result in the order being cancelled.
1.3 On all cancelled orders, a restocking fee of 20% on all invoiced parts value will be taken out of your refund.
1.4 Customised parts cannot be cancelled or refunded.
1.5 Refunds will not be given for change of mind on products.
1.6 Additional labour charges may be charged if existing accessories fitted, or poor condition of components lead to additional work time on the vehicle (eg. relocating existing driving lights)
1.7 All care is taken throughout the workshop, however we take no responsibility for any damages to vehicles.
1.8 All suspension upgrades will require a wheel alignment to be carried out on customers own terms.
1.9 All parts removed from a vehicle will be discarded at the time of removal unless requested at time of vehicle drop off.
