Adrenalin Off Road Tours Information...

Booking Confirmation:

Upon booking, Adrenalin Off Road Tours will contact you with confirmation of booking, departure location and time and what you will need for the tour.

Break downs and car damage:

Damage and break downs will be assessed on the trail. If repairs are possible, they will be carried out. If repairs are not possible the car will be towed at the owner’s requests and expense.

Cancellation Policy:

Adrenalin Off Road Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour or course at any time. In the event that we cancel the tour, full Tour Credit or refunds will be offered.  Please note that Tour Credits are non-refundable. 

 

If for any reasoning you need to cancel, the following applies:

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancelling due to change of mind - no-refund.

  • Cancelling once full payment has been made:

    • 21 – 14 days before date of tour – 50% refunded

    • 4 – 7 days before date of tour – 25% refunded

    • Under 7 days until date of tour – no refund

Car Insurance:

You must have Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance that covers your vehicle for off road use to attend one of our tours. Please check with your insurance provider prior to booking with us.
